  Thanks for a great Inogen representative Susan Eastwood, I now have my life back. Thank you to Susan, and all who designed this fantastic machine.I am able to walk with a grocery cart instead of riding in one, get dressed, carry a laundry basket without getting winded. I went swimming, cleaned my house, take walks. Thank you. I truly love the backpack, it is a wonderful product. I keep my hands free, and it takes the weight off of my arms.  Susan stayed with me gave advice helped with my Dr. getting my prescription. She never gave up and checked in every week, I really looked forward to her phone calls.  Thank you! Patricia Sellers (a very happy Inogen owner and user)

  I want to share my appreciation of the excellent support and advice we've received from Inogen personnel.
  Our G4 stopped working this weekend, after 2 + years of service. I called the 24/7 hotline on Monday morning to request an exchange under the lifetime warranty. I was able to reach a "real person" effortlessly, who was able to comfort me and arrange for the replacement to be in our hands the following day.I'm not surprised though. Every single person - from the discussions which led to our purchase to the purchase itself, and then learning how to use the unit, and later to reordering the column, and now replacing the unit - has been professional, competent, reassuring and supportive. We're extremely pleased with the product and with the services that have accompanied the product and its uses. You've built a great company and a great product/service combination.

  I spoke with Cleo Nettles yesterday concerning my Inogen oxygen machine. All I can say is what freedom I have now that I have it. I can go to the grocery store and shopping and walking. It's great. I waited for Medicare or my insurance to pay for it and they wouldn’t because I have the large one at home for night time use. My Dr insisted I needed it, so I purchased it myself. They worked out a plan that I could pay so much a month. It’s well worth it and don’t know what I would do without it. Thank you so much for contacting me. I really appreciate your company.

  I ended up with both lungs full of blood clots and a 13 cm long one in my lower vena cava on 12/20/2012. I was 3 days from being dead from what I was told. Since then, I’ve been reliant on oxygen.

  I ended up with both lungs full of blood clots and a 13 cm long one in my lower vena cava on 12/20/2012. I was 3 days from being dead from what I was told. Since then, I've been reliant on oxygen.Since then I've been reliant on oxygen. I've been mostly housebound other than to use tanks that limit you and you have to refill, etc. It made me not want to go out and do things because they were a pain to lug around. My husband got a business trip to India a year ago and there was no way I wasn't going. However, you can't travel with those tanks, so we rented an Inogen G3. Best decision of our lives and we immediately looked into how we could switch over to the Inogen, but had to wait due to financing, etc. While we were in India I was able to ride an elephant, see the Taj Mahal, and see several parts of India thanks to the Inogen! We were there during the festival of color and thanks to Inogen I got to participate! I can't see my life without my Inogen G5 and I am 44.  I'm able to see any part of the world and am so grateful after all I have been through!

  My mom was diagnosed with congested heart failure and COPD in September 2019. Prior to her diagnosis, mom was active and loved to be outside.

  After her diagnosis, I saw an advertisement on television about Inogen. I did research for a couple of weeks to determine which portable oxygen machine was the best. I chose Inogen. The personnel at Inogen have been wonderful to work with and are excellent in Customer Service. Thank you Michael English, Oxygen Specialist, for working with me, and caring for my mom's physical and emotional needs. So many things are now possible for mom with her portable Inogen One G5.
