Free Shipping on Oxygen Concentrators

• All orders over $499 qualify for FREE ground shipping to anywhere in the continental U.S. (excluding HI and AK). This includes all Portable and Home/Stationary Oxygen Concentrators. Parts & Accessory orders totaling more than $499 also ship free.
• For orders $499 or less, shipping costs are estimated and updated during checkout based on your billing and shipping information.

Shipping Times 

• Parts & Accessory orders placed before 3:00 p.m. CT (Mon-Fri) ship the same day. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. CT ship the following business day.
• Oxygen Concentrators ship once the required documentation and prescription verification are completed. If documentation and prescription are received and verified before 3:00 p.m. CT (Mon-Fri) on the day the order is placed, the concentrator will ship the same day.

Note: Please allow extra time for oxygen concentrator orders. We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. By law, we cannot process and ship your device order until we receive and verify your prescription.

Delivery & Tracking

• Once your order is processed and shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on location.
• Need it sooner? Expedited shipping options (Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air) are available for all items purchased by phone with an Inogen representative.* No minimum order amount is required. If you need expedited shipping, please call 855-MY-INOGEN (855-694-6643) to place your order by phone. (Expedited shipping options are not available for online orders at this time.)
• A tracking email will be sent once your order ships.

*Batteries shipped outside of standard package configurations require an additional hazmat charge.

Hawaii and Alaska Residents

• Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air is available for all orders shipping to HI and AK.
• Online orders: An Inogen representative will call to discuss your shipping options by phone after your order is placed online.
