  I am absolutely thrilled with Inogen, especially my oxygen rep, J. Q. When I was originally diagnosed with hypoxia,

  my pulmonologist contacted a home medical supply company to deliver my concentrator & portable oxygen. The concentrator was huge! For portable oxygen, I was given those ugly green metal cylinder tanks. I had so much difficulty wheeling that around. I was then given small cylinder tanks as an option. Problem with those was I had to carry numerous tanks when I went out which was heavy & inconvenient. Then I saw a commercial on TV for Inogen. I checked out their website to find out if Medicare & my supplemental insurance would pay for me to rent both a portable Inogen G3 & a home concentrator! J.Q. helped me navigate the entire process. Within a little over a week I received all my equipment. The home concentrator is half the size of my original unit. My portable unit is lightweight & easy to carry. I can plug into a car lighter or into the wall when my battery gets low. This gives me so much more freedom. If I have to use oxygen, Inogen is definitely the way to go!

  I've got to say that Sean Scott is one of the most knowledgeable sales persons I've ever talked to on the phone. He explained everything to us completely and really was a big factor in the purchase. Also, very easy to talk to. We bought the G4 for my wife, Patty who is recovering from Covid. We had a rental water filtered unit at home and the first drawback I could see was the 50 ft. hose that she had to drag around, and it sounded like a '49 Ford pickup running in our living room, plus when we went out anywhere she had to lug this bottle around with her. I am really impressed with the G4. It's size and weight are remarkable when you compare it to the performance. Puts out more O2 on level 1 than the other units did on level 3. She can carry it all day and it doesn't hurt her shoulder. Last night was the first night she has slept all night since I brought her home from the hospital two weeks ago. We really like this unit and all I got to say to future people is, "Just go ahead and buy it". Cost is nothing when it comes to your health. You're going to spend the same amount on a laptop or cell phone. Our hats are off to Inogen. Fantastic products and wonderful people to work with. Have a Merry Christmas, we're going to. I called with problem with cones, told my situation and the gentleman was very understanding, explained everything to me, and when I told him about the filter covers being broke, he sent me a package free of charge.   A little over 3 years ago, (in order to go anywhere for the day) I would have to fill 4 steel oxygen cylinders put them in bags and hook them to the handles of my walker and carry them around with me all day long. Every 2 hours, changing over tanks.

  A little over 3 years ago, (in order to go anywhere for the day) I would have to fill 4 steel oxygen cylinders put them in bags and hook them to the handles of my walker and carry them around with me all day long. Every 2 hours, changing over tanks. I belonged to a community program which would not allow me to store them. (Crazy, I know.) Until, my doctor who started giving me Cortisone shots in my lower back, from pushing, pulling and lifting and filling 4 tanks a day. He finally told me to look into Inogen. I did, and through this wonderful caring salesperson, who sounded like she was in tears on the phone with me, said "We have a life changing product for YOU." I was sold! It has been life changing, a better quality of life and NO MORE Cortisone shots. My back has healed! Thank you "Inogen."

  I have had my Inogen One G3 for about a year and a half, and love it. I can go anywhere and not have to worry about being able to breathe. I use it anytime we go out, and around the house.  I have a full-sized concentrator at home that I use while I sleep or when I'm watching TV. I use the Inogen everywhere else. I use a walker and was constantly getting tangled up in the long tubing from the large concentrator as I went to the kitchen, bathroom, etc. I know it doesn't sound like much, butit was a nightmare!! I was constantly afraid of tripping and falling. I have fallen twice and have a broken hip and broken leg as a result. I can even go to offices and do some consulting work with little hassle. People adjust to the very low sound almost immediately. It is a great device that allows people like me who need oxygen to live a normal life! Thank you to whoever invented this!!!! You have changed my life for the better!

My brother recently purchased a Gen5 concentrator, Alex's extensive knowledge of his company product and the effects of COPD is quite impressive.   My husband has been on oxygen 24/7 for the past 4+ years and until we received our new Inogen One G5 last week it was a major hassle to be out of the house for an extended period.

  My husband has been on oxygen 24/7 for the past 4+ years and until we received our new Inogen One G5 last week it was a major hassle to be out of the house for an extended period. Even with a back up battery his "portable" unit didn't last long enough to get through a movie. It has happened several times when I needed to run to the car for a backup tank. Well, last week my husband had a doctor's appointment that, for various reasons, went over 4 hours door to door. We used a little more than 50% of the battery life on his new Inogen One G5! No more worrying about running out of oxygen. Not to mention how light weight and compact it is. This is the BEST investment we have made. We would recommend the Inogen One G5 to any that are considering a portable oxygen unit. Also, our sales representative, Susan Eastwood, was amazing. She was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns. She was very personable and made us feel like one of the family. THANKS INOGEN!
