    Just got a G5. Connect keeps failing – it works, it doesn't, etc. I get that blue pinning circle and "waiting to connect", then "…..can't connect". Yet if I hit the advanced button, it gives me the opportunity to disconnect from something I've just been told I'm not connected to.

    Tried the help number, and gave up after 10 minutes of waiting.

    How do I fix this?

    I have a G5 and have not used the Inogen Connect for some time. My software version is 1.1 and the current version is 1.4. I have attempted at least a half dozen times to update but it always fails. The message shows "No connection with concentrator".
    I have followed the instructions:
    Turn off concentrator
    Connect your inogen One to an external power supply (Assume that battery needs to be removed).

    I bought a Inogen g5 a few months ago and had my cell hooked up with the blue tooth. I had to replace my phone and now I am having trouble connecting my new phone and the Inogen, it keeps telling it is already connected to a phone and I need to disconnect it. How do I disconnect from my old phone (which was sent back to the phone company),so I can connect to my new phone.

      It will not work with a simple phone. However, a tablet could connect if he uses one of those.

    My mom has one and I have downloaded the app on her phone but I would like to be able to download the app and connect to the concentrator as well.
