      Right now we do not have an Inogen One G4 backpack but we are working on it.

      Hi Marianne, Our portable oxygen concentrators vary in size, weight, and price. The largest and heaviest POC currently available is the Inogen One G2, which weighs 7 pounds (with a single battery) and is 9.5" in height, 10.7" in length, and 3.9" in width. Our smallest and lightest POC that is currently available is the Inogen One G4, which weighs 2.8 pounds (with a single battery) and is 7.2" in height, 5.91" in length, and 2.68" in width.

      To determine which Inogen One portable oxygen concentrator is right for you, please call an Oxygen Specialist at 1-800-678-5572 to discuss your options. An Oxygen Specialist can go over your insurance and/or purchase options and will work with you to determine which product package is right for you. Please note that at this time, the Inogen One G4 is not available through insurance.

    Can the G3 be set on its side with the vents facing up, unobstructed? It would be nice to place the G3 on the floor in back of my seat on its backside while using it.

    I seem to be having trouble keeping the unfurled cannula from falling off of the unit when I take it off my face to go between the car and house.

    I struggle to keep it off of contaminated surfaces.

    Has anyone else solved this problem?
