    Thanks for a great Inogen representative Susan Eastwood, I now have my life back. Thank you to Susan, and all who designed this fantastic machine.I am able to walk with a grocery cart instead of riding in one, get dressed, carry a laundry basket without getting winded. I went swimming, cleaned my house, take walks. Thank you. I truly love the backpack, it is a wonderful product. I keep my hands free, and it takes the weight off of my arms.  Susan stayed with me gave advice helped with my Dr. getting my prescription.     Our G4 stopped working this weekend, after 2 + years of service. I called the 24/7 hotline on Monday morning to request an exchange under the lifetime warranty. I was able to reach a "real person" effortlessly, who was able to comfort me and arrange for the replacement to be in our hands the following day.I'm not surprised though. Every single person - from the discussions which led to our purchase to the purchase itself, and then learning how to use the unit, and later to reordering the column, and now replacing the unit - has been professional, competent, reassuring and supportive.     I spoke with Cleo Nettles yesterday concerning my Inogen oxygen machine. All I can say is what freedom I have now that I have it. I can go to the grocery store and shopping and walking. It's great. I waited for Medicare or my insurance to pay for it and they wouldn’t because I have the large one at home for night time use. My Dr insisted I needed it, so I purchased it myself. They worked out a plan that I could pay so much a month. It’s well worth it and don’t know what I would do without it. Thank you so much for contacting me. I really appreciate your company.

    I ended up with both lungs full of blood clots and a 13 cm long one in my lower vena cava on 12/20/2012. I was 3 days from being dead from what I was told. Since then, I've been reliant on oxygen.Since then I've been reliant on oxygen. I've been mostly housebound other than to use tanks that limit you and you have to refill, etc. It made me not want to go out and do things because they were a pain to lug around. My husband got a business trip to India a year ago and there was no way I wasn't going. However, you can't travel with those tanks, so we rented an Inogen G3. Best decision of our lives and we immediately looked into how we could switch over to the Inogen, but had to wait due to financing, etc. While we were in India I was able to ride an elephant, see the Taj Mahal, and see several parts of India thanks to the Inogen! We were there during the festival of color and thanks to Inogen I got to participate! I can't see my life without my Inogen G5 and I am 44.  I'm able to see any part of the world and am so grateful after all I have been through!

    After her diagnosis, I saw an advertisement on television about Inogen. I did research for a couple of weeks to determine which portable oxygen machine was the best. I chose Inogen. The personnel at Inogen have been wonderful to work with and are excellent in Customer Service. Thank you Michael English, Oxygen Specialist, for working with me, and caring for my mom's physical and emotional needs. So many things are now possible for mom with her portable Inogen One G5.

Inogen® Portable Oxygen Concentrators
USES: Inogen® Portable Oxygen Concentrators provide a high concentration of supplemental oxygen to patients requiring respiratory therapy on a prescriptive basis. It may be used in home, institution, vehicle and various mobile environments.

DO NOT USE IF: This device is not intended to be used in any way other than described in the indications for use. Do not use in parallel or series with other oxygen concentrators or oxygen therapy devices. This device is to be used as an oxygen supplement and is not intended to be life sustaining or life supporting. ONLY use this product if the patient is capable of spontaneous breath, able to inhale and exhale without the use of a machine. The conserving, or pulse dose, oxygen delivery technique used by this device is contraindicated in persons whose breathing during normal resting would be unable to trigger the device. Proper device triggering, set up and operation must be confirmed by an experienced clinician or other respiratory professional. Not for use by tracheotomized patients. Use of this device has not been studied in pediatric populations. Consult your physician before using the product for pediatric patients.

WARNINGS: The device produces enriched oxygen gas, which accelerates combustion. Do not allow smoking or open flames within 2m (6.56ft) of this device while in use. If you feel ill or uncomfortable, or if the concentrator does not signal an oxygen pulse and you are unable to hear and/or feel the oxygen pulse, consult your equipment provider and/or your physician immediately. If you are unable to communicate discomfort, you may require additional monitoring and or a distributed alarm system to convey the information about the discomfort and or the medical urgency to your responsible caregiver to avoid harm. Use only spare parts recommended by the manufacturer to ensure proper function and to avoid the risk of fire and burns. To avoid danger of choking or strangulation hazard, keep cords away from children and pets.

TALK TO YOUR HEALTH CARE PROVIDER: The oxygen flow setting must be determined and recorded for each patient individually by the prescriber, including the configuration of the device, its parts and the accessories. It is the responsibility of the patient to periodically reassess the setting(s) of the therapy for effectiveness. The proper placement and positioning of the prongs of the nasal cannula in the nose is critical for oxygen to be delivered.

Inogen At Home® Stationary Oxygen Concentrator
USES: The Inogen At Home® Oxygen Concentrator is used on a prescriptive basis by patients requiring supplemental oxygen. It supplies a high concentration of oxygen and is used with a nasal cannula to channel oxygen from the concentrator to the patient. The Inogen At Home® Oxygen Concentrator may be used in a home or institution.
